Welcome to the website of IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD. By accessing our services, including our physical training sessions and digital coaching through the Schofield Fitness App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General provisions

This website is operated by IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08810602. Our registered office is located at 152 Nelson Road, Twickenham, England, TW2 7BU.

2. Eligibility and health

By registering for any programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Fitness training involves physical exertion. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician before starting any new exercise regime. IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD is not liable for any injuries sustained during independent training via our online programmes.

3. Services and bookings

Physical Sessions: All local bootcamps and personal training sessions take place in Twickenham and surrounding areas.

Online Coaching: The 8-week online programme is delivered through the Schofield Fitness App. Access is granted only after successful payment and registration.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Payments and subscriptions

We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to handle all transactions. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the specified amount for the selected service. If you opt for a subscription-based programme, payments will be automatically deducted at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with our policy.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Physical Sessions: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a 1-to-1 session. Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of the session fee.

Online Programmes: Due to the digital nature of the 8-week online programme and the Schofield Fitness App content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, except as required by UK Consumer Law.

Statutory Rights: Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

6. Intellectual property

All content included on this website and within the Schofield Fitness App, including videos, training plans, logos, and text, is the property of IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not redistribute or sell our training materials.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to access our digital platforms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
