At IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD, we strive to provide the highest standard of boxing and fitness coaching. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations.
1. Physical training sessions (personal training & bootcamps)
Cancellation Window: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any 1-to-1 personal training session or bootcamp booking.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your sessions. If you are late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled time to ensure our coaches can remain on track for other clients.
2. Digital and online programmes (Schofield Fitness App)
Nature of Service: Our 8-week online programme and digital coaching services provide immediate access to proprietary training materials, videos, and plans.
Refund Eligibility: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to a 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you have started the digital download or logged into the Schofield Fitness App and accessed the content.
Final Sale: Therefore, once access to the digital programme has been granted, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Subscription services
Management: If you have subscribed to an ongoing coaching plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
Post-Cancellation Access: Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to the programme until the end of your current paid billing period.
4. Event and special programme cancellations
Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD must cancel a scheduled bootcamp or local event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a credit towards a future session.
Weather Policy: For outdoor sessions (such as Box in the Sun outdoor workshops), sessions will proceed in most weather conditions. If we deem the weather to be a safety risk and cancel the session, a credit will be issued.
5. How to request a refund

Please include your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 7 to 10 business days.
