Eligibility and services

Online purchases are available to adults aged 18 or over with a billing address in the United Kingdom or United States. Our online products are fitness coaching services and training materials, not physical goods or medical treatment. There is no IMPERIUM FITNESS app.

The 8-Week Box to Fit Programme costs £99 for eight weeks. Online Coaching costs £179 for one month and Online Coaching Premium costs £219 for one month. The selected product description explains the included support and check-ins. Each purchase is a one-off payment. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge; purchase again if you wish to continue.

Payment and delivery

Prices and checkout totals are in GBP. IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD is not registered for UK VAT and does not charge UK VAT. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other bank charges. Payments are processed through Stripe and checkout is provided by SureCart. Check your selected product, contact details and total before placing a paid order.

We will email your programme or onboarding instructions within 24 hours of successful payment, using the email address entered at checkout. No physical delivery or shipping fee applies. If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder and contact us. We will confirm the coaching start date and service end date by email. The purchased coaching period runs from the agreed start date.

Our initial delivery email does not remove your cancellation rights. Coaching normally starts after the 14-day cancellation period unless you expressly ask us by email to start sooner. We will explain and confirm any lawful proportionate charge for service already provided before acting on that request. Receiving or opening training materials does not, under our policy, automatically waive your 14-day cancellation right.

Cancellation and service problems

UK and US customers can cancel within 14 days after the contract is made, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy forms part of these terms. Rights relating to non-delivery, misdescription or unsatisfactory services remain available after that period where applicable law provides them.

Fitness and safe participation

Coaching and nutrition guidance are general fitness support, not diagnosis, medical treatment or a substitute for qualified medical advice. Seek appropriate medical advice before exercising if you have a condition or are unsure whether training is suitable. Stop exercising and seek help if you experience concerning symptoms. Tell your coach about relevant limitations through an agreed private channel. Results vary and no particular weight loss, appearance or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Use of materials

Training materials are licensed for your personal use. Please do not redistribute or sell them without permission. This does not restrict rights granted to you by law.

Our responsibility and your rights

We must provide services with reasonable care and skill and honour the description agreed at purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not exclude your mandatory consumer rights.

English and Welsh law governs these terms, but this does not remove mandatory protections or court rights available in your country or state of residence. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively change an existing order without your agreement.
