Our Story

Founded in 2013, IMPERIUM FITNESS LTD was established with a singular mission: to bring elite-level boxing and performance conditioning to individuals who are serious about their physical and mental growth. Based in Twickenham, we have spent over a decade building a community defined by discipline, strength, and the "championship mindset."

At the heart of Imperium Fitness is our head coach, who brings extensive hands-on experience in boxing and performance training. He knows what it takes to train with purpose, translating the rigorous demands of boxing into structured, accessible, and high-impact training programmes for everyone.

Our Philosophy

We do not believe in shortcuts or "quick fixes." We believe in the power of a structured system. Whether you are training at our local sessions in Twickenham or following our programmes from the comfort of your own gym, our goal is to provide you with the tools to train with purpose.

Coaching Delivered by Email

Our online programmes and onboarding instructions are delivered by email within 24 hours of successful payment. Coaching support and check-ins follow the schedule shown for your chosen programme. There is no IMPERIUM FITNESS app. We aim to help you train consistently; individual outcomes vary and no particular result is guaranteed.
